Zeus endeavors to ensure that every transaction at the online store is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Return Policy

  • Products can be returned only if the buyer has sizing issues except for products brought on discounts or during the sale promotion. The time frame for the exchange request is 5 days after receiving the product.
  • Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 5 days of it arriving with the customer will be directly replaced or serviced once the item in question has been returned to us.
  • Buyers are requested to take pictures of the defective part/product and immediately mail them to support@zeusmotorcyclegear.com
  • Issues/queries raised on What’s App will be rejected and will not be considered.
  • Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • For issues with sizes, buyer can exchange the product with the next available size. Buyers must first fill out the Product Return Form from our website and wait for our approval. Any product which is send without product approval request, will be rejected and Zeus will not be responsible for the same.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by Zeus (usually within 3 working days of receipt), one of our customer representatives will get in touch with and guide you on the further process.
  • For payments made using credit cards, debit cards or wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit only i.e to your Zeus account after deduction of a 2.5 % payment gateway charges. Please note that we cannot refund the amount to your bank/credit card/upi or any other funding source.
  • Note that, shipping cost cannot be refunded as the logistics company does not refund the amount to us.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Hyderabad office or warehouse.
  • Zeus will not be arranging any pickup or will reimburse for the shipping charges borne by the customer
  • Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact our customer care representative if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!
  • Items should not be shipped back to us without receiving an RA (Return Authorization) code issued by us. Any product returned by a buyer without an RA will be rejected.

Return Shipping Options

  • For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. If your product is lost by your carrier in transit, then we will not be held responsible for the same.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped on COD will be rejected.
  • Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package from the customer’s end will attract a deduction of the original shipping cost plus Rs.150/- packaging fee.

Exchanges

  • Need to make an exchange?  Zeus allows our user to make ONE TIME exchange after you process your return, simply call us and inform our representative about the size or product exchange and our team will revert with the availability of the same. If the product/sizes are in stock, the exchange request will be approved immediately.
  • On the non-availability of the size or the product, our team will inform the customer about the restocking time. The buyer has an option either to wait for the product or to swap it with any other product.
  • Any difference in the product/size/variant will be chargeable and the buyer needs to pay the same in full.
  • You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.
  • There shall be no refund of the funds whatsoever

Used or Damaged Merchandise (applicable on riding gear, helmets, footwear, luggage and wearable accessories)

  • Any merchandise which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be considered as “defect”. irrespective of the time, the product is worn, only manufacturing defects on unused gear will be considered under warranty and claims. We encourage you to try the product indoors without damaging, washing, or making any alternations to it.
  • Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 10 days of it arriving with the customer will be directly replaced once the item in question has been returned to us.
  • Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Repairs & Service

  • The Zeus offers a post-sales, repair services on jackets, gloves, boots and pants provided they fall within the repair service scope.
  • Buyers are expected to send the damaged product to our head office in Hyderabad for a first inspection and giving conclusion by looking at the images over email does not guarantee that product can be serviced.
  • Our rectification upon inspecting the product will provide a report on whether the product can be serviced/non-serviced.
  • A minimum service charge along with the damaged spare part charges will be applicable and the same will be communicated with the buyer.
  • Charges of returning the product, repairs and spare parts are borne by the buyer along with re-shipping charges for sending the product back.
  • The decision to repair or service the product will solely be at the discretion of the company.

Precautions while returning the Apparel and Helmets

  • Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
  • Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.
  • Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tires

  • Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal is broken is non-returnable.
  • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
  • Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
  • Open-box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

International Returns

  • International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

Defects

  • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Zeus will assist customers with their warranty however Zeus does not provide any direct warranty on brands for which Zeus re-sells them.
  • Each item undergoes a quality check before they are been shipped to the customer. Zeus does not take responsibility of any product getting damaged during transit.
  • Customers are advised not to accept packages received in tampered or torn condition and simply reject them.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

  • If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
  • Orders can be modified or canceled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be canceled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Warranty Returns

  • The majority of the Zeus products carry a warranty of a minimum of 6 months warranty (only on manufacturing defects). To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact our customer care.
  • It does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, accidental damage, or the natural wear and tear of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.). The tax invoice of the product issued by an authorized reseller/dealer MUST accompany the warranty claim. Claims without valid invoices will not be entertained.
  • Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to our internal policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
  • Any stitches, peeling of color on reflectors, or fading of color on garment after repeated usage will not be covered under the warranty
  • The buyer is expected to thoroughly check the product (if buying from a dealer store) and get satisfied before making the purchase. Any Zeus product sold by a dealer after a certain shelf life period will not fall under warranty and company the company does not take the responsibility for the same

Damaged Goods

  • Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier ( FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart). We will assist our customers in these claims in the best possible way but cannot guarantee for a 100% claim. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

Purchasing under Discounts, Promotional Sale, and Annual Sale

  • No exchange returns or refunds are allowed under the annual or promotional sales. Customer needs to ensure that a right size and product Is selected while purchasing products on the sales.
  • We recommend checking with our support team on the availability of stock and clarification on sizes
  • No claims will be entertained during the online promotional sale days

Purchases made using Bajaj Finance or EMI:

  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed for products purchased under Bajaj Finance Scheme OR using EMI options.
  • The product can be swapped with any other product of the same value after a 12% deduction of the original order and shipping charges.
  • Any additional charges incurred during this exchange process will purely be borne by the customer and not by the company whatsoever

Returns Process

  • You can request a return authorization number (RA#) by sending a mail on zeusmotorycyclegear@gmail.com. Make sure you are mentioning the reason for returning the item.
  • Please print your Return Authorization form and include it with each shipment back to Zeus. You have 3 days from the day the RA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience.
  • Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container.
  • If your product arrives us in a condition which does not follow the above-mentioned instructions, then your return will be rejected straight away and returned back to you.
